Hi All,
This may sound a strange question, but I found out today my Dad cannot use Vaseline whilst having chemotherapy due to the petroleum. Can anybody point me in the right direction of what to use for dry lips during chemo treatment? Or what ingredients need to be avoided.
Thank you all
xx
Weleda, easily available on line, and at Holland and Barrett have a great lip balm. Many of their other products are also excellent and gentle, no parabens or Sodium Laurel Sulphates, which are to be avoided. I have used their products for the past 6 months through my chemo treatment and have kept most skin problems at bay. The Skin food body butter is a really good moisturiser and doesn't have a strong scent so would be suitable for men and a little goes a long way. Good luck.
