Universal credit are pestering him to go to the job centre to talk about his job options and looking for work. I read in the forum somewhere that you can get a form to stop them doing this. can anyone help please

  • Hello

I am Brian On of the Community Champions here. I have just noticed your post has gone unanswered. I can't answer it myself as I have a different cancer and I know nothing about Universal Credit. I can suggest two options for you to get an answer to your question:

    * Telephone our Support line on 0808 808 00 00 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) during office hours and ask to speak to a financial advisor - they should have an answer for you.

    * You could pose your question online to an expert using this link Ask an Information and Support Adviser Please give them a couple of days to answer.

I do hope this answers the question and I wish you and your partner well.

    Best wishes - Brian.
