I'm sorry to read that you've recently discovered that you have a tumour in your liver. I know what an incredibly hard time this will be for you especially as you don't yet know if this is a new primary or a secondary from your colon cancer.

I can't help with any of your questions, as I had a different type of cancer, but I spotted that your post hadn't had any responses yet. I did try putting the different words, eg 'vena cava involvement', etc into the search bar in this group but drew a blank on older posts mentioning these things.

It might be an idea to post your questions in the ask a nurse section of the community and one of the specialist cancer nurses will aim to reply within 2 working days.

When you have a minute, it would be really useful if you could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'.
