Hi all,
I have had this 2-year onging battle with pain in the upper right flank area. Recent MRI indicates a hemangioma has grown from 3.7cm to 4 cm.
Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and purused treatment for a tumor of this size? My doctor is referring me to a hepatologist and has suggested that I will likely be encouraged to have it removed.
Thank you
Holly
Hi
I don't have the experience you're looking for but I noticed that your post had gone unanswered.
If you type 'hemangioma' into the search facility in the group it only pulls up a couple of other posts that mentions this condition so you might not get any replies.
I know it's not the same as reading about someone's actual experience but you could post your question in ask a nurse and one of the specialist cancer nurses will aim to respond within 2 working days.
