Can anyone share their experiences how to cope daily with hands' pins and needles ? Any tips ?
Also, how to cope with eating ?
I would appreciate your experiences .

Hi Cristounette and a very warm welcome to the online community
Having pins and needles in your hands every day must be very uncomfortable. I don't have any experience with this but have found this information on XELOX or CAPOX which lists this sensation under common side effects. It suggests that you speak to your doctor if you have this symptom. It would probably be advisable to also tell them about your swallowing problem.
It would be great if you could pop something about your diagnosis and treatment in your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
I hope these side effects soon go
