Hello all, Im 71 and post nephrectomy Im doing really well. However my hysband is not. Emotionally he is an angry man. He hasn't made the transition from worry to relief. He is short tempered, angry with me and our children. He wobt talk and says leave it...leave it...dont dont...and walks away. Wobt speak to me and it feels like he is punushing me for getting well! Im sad. L

That's great news that you're doing really well but I'm sorry to read that your husband is struggling. Do you think he'd be willing to speak to someone on the Macmillan Support Line about how he feels? If so he can contact them on 0808 808 0000 between 8am and 8pm every day of the week. If he won't speak to them maybe you could and they could suggest ways to help your husband.
