Hello, last year I had a partial nephrectomy with the removal of an encapsulated tumour which was successful and a recent scan showed it had not returned BUT it showed enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and armpit on the opposite side to the nephrectomy which have to be investigated. I am still waiting for an appointment for another scan with biopsies. Obviously I am scared about it, has anyone else had this happen and what was the outcome please?
