Cancer has also spread to my lungs which they say is incurable so after the op il be on medication for the rest of my life, just wondering if there is anyone reading this in the same position as me , iv been struggling with very low energy the last 2 weeks and sick a few times
Thankyou to anyone that takes the time to read this
Hi R1k , my husband has 18cm kidney tumour and his is inoperable, it had also spread to both lungs and pluera at diagnosis 2yrs ago . He had 18months on immunotherapy and then that stopped working and it spread to several lymph nodes and both adrenal glands. He's now on a new treatment called sunitinib, it's quite brutal compared to the immunotherapy which was called ipi/nivo.hes due a scan soon to see if that's working . Just take one step at a time , prepare for your surgery and recovery , it's a major operation and you'll need loads of rest afterwards. Your oncology team will discuss treatments with you after that . Good luck
