Made it home, told wife I didn't feel right, 111 ambulance on its way, by which time I was feeling dreadful, blood pressure was 280 over something, felt sick, bit of chest pain.
Off to hospital ECGs fine, bloods fine etc
Can Renal Cancer cause Adrenaline levels to surge, or is this likely to be a panic attack.
It scared the living daylights out of me.
