Morning everyone,
I have been trying to prepare myself for my op in all sorts of ways….and during my research I came across this Australian video showing how to get in and out of bed following abdominal surgery.
I don’t know whether the physios show you how to get out of bed post op, but this looks good. ( You could load it onto your phone and ask them in hospital whether it’s suitable for you.) I have been practicing and it does seem to spare much of the abdominal work so should be less painful.
