Dryness

Hi Dani. Happy New Year to you and Stan. Wishing you both a fantastic 2026 and hope that you are now well settled into your new home. We are off to visit my daughter and family for the day who live in Mannum an hour and a half away from us. It is a lovely country town on the River Murray and we are going to have lunch at the Community Club. I have eyed off the online menu already and see they have mashed potato on the side and nut sundaes for dessert so might give those a go maybe washed down with a milk shake. Oh the joy of eating !!!!

yeah, I'm also having to have sips of water through the night, and I also seem to be more phlegmy as well..

Hi Lyn. Hope the day went well and the nut sundae was delicious. Sounds as if it might be an astronomical improvement on a nut roast!

Thanks Dani. It was a great day although I found that the nuts on the nut sundae were a no go so had to scrape them off the icecream. Never tried a nut roast sounds a bit challenging.( LOL)The weather was lovely around 28 degrees and the restaurant had a lovely view of the river. The grandkids went in swimming and we sat on the grass by the river and watched them. The simple things in life are so worth it.
