if you have time get a fluoride varnish on your teeth.. there might be days when you're just not up to keeping on top of oral hygiene.. your mouth will take a lot of punishment.. and remember, any issues don't hesitate to tell your team.

Hi beau, how do I get a fluoride varnish please
Hi Loopyliz
Prior to starting treatment I indulged in my favourite foods, curries and chippy food, knew that my taste buds were going to take a hit.... thankfully I can now enjoy most food again... apart from the hot stuff, Madras, Chilli con carne etc

Hi beau, how do I get a fluoride varnish please
Your own hygienist
I have one every three months
It protects my teeth for the days my mouth gets sore from inappropriate food and I can't use Duraphat
