Hi Peter I hope you can at some point manage spicy I’ve resigned myself that I can’t now over 6 years. We’ve just had a mini weekend break in Granada there was so much I couldn’t happily eat. Did play Russian roulette with padron peppers as a tapas out of 20 peppers only one was hot and hubby got that one.
Early days for you

Hi dp
My taste is now about 90%...PEG tube came out in Sept/Oct 2023, started on full meals, minced beef and mash, mac 'n cheese, chippy food, fish and chips etc., taste slowly returned. plenty of liquids required to wash down food....I could surprisingly taste Guinness alcohol free.... still have one daily.
Peter
thats what i started on mash and gravy mince and big soups iam not eating full size meals yet so still having my 4 fortisips a day they told me if i dont use my rig for 3 weeks it can come out as i have a real hatred for it and refuse them to change it as a change is due but told them once this is out no more is going in lol so its just over 2 weeks ive not used it now but iam now eating anything and everything but only tiny amounts but i really miss having no taste and cant wait to taste the food i can now eat x
