Hi again
my husband is three weeks post treatment and still feeling so very tired...Im wondering how long others were tired for? Thanks x
Yes we all get told 2 weeks and you’ll start to feel better in the last 5 years I’ve yet to meet anyone remotely normal, after 2 weeks. It’s my mission to get oncologist s to change that but I fear it’s a loosing battle stick, with us we will all help.

Hi Hazel my hubby isn't having to sleep during the day, and he is gaining weight so thats two positives!
God it sounds like such a slog! Were you exhausted EVERY day for three months?
Hi chickadee. I was totally exhausted for weeks. Gradually gradually it lessens and you can do more. By 1 year I was ok. I am nearly 2 now and feeling great. However, if I really overdo it I have to stop. Take care. Lizzie
It does. It’s a marathon not a sprint.
But please remember things do get better. Don’t despair, he will be fine. A day at a time. A day becomes a week becomes a month becomes a year. I was 68 when my treatment ended. I’m more or less the same as I ever was
Just don’t give up. If something doesn’t work try a week later.

It’s worth it in the end. We sometimes forget the treatment gives us a good chance to live a decent happy life. I’m sat outside in Spain last night if this trip ordering spare ribs. Five years ago this week I was week 2 of treatment sst in the kitchen floor crying why me.
