Hi it certainly is words are hard to describe it unless you’ve been through it people cant understand why. 
you’ve fortisips try one later as you need the calories to heal. X

Ensures are fine I was on ensure 2 cal needed 6 a day in recovery

I managed 4. They fill you up so much. I had mine by pump overnight though. 

Yes that’s the only one I like but I do have to add semi skimmed milk as it’s too thick xx
