Hi everyone. My mouth has gone very dry now after mucus has finished. I now have lots of ulcers on back of throat. I used my Durophat toothpaste a couple of times and I think it was just too strong for my mouth yet)I have been using Oronurse). Any tips please as my eating going well and now so painful again! Thanks for the tip I will definitely try a strawberry and banana smoothie it sounds delicious.
In relation to the honey. Jarrah honey is made in Western Australia and you can buy it online here, apparently it has a very small blossoming time so is expensive.
The main types of honeys here in South Australia are salvation jane, sugar gum, cup gum, stringybark and my particular favourite blue gum.
A bit different to the honeys you are familiar with but still delicious.
They all sound absolutely amazing....wish I was there
