The dreaded C word

I tried praying but he wasn't listening just leaves hoping but don't think that will work either. in just under two weeks I'm not going to have a nose .so if anyone can let me know what to expect I would really appreciate it .I'm in a kind of dream world .I know it's got to happen but not to me
