Toothpaste

I get mine plus mouth wash via my Doctor im sure if you contact them they will oblige ,if you have the original prescription it may help .

If you have no access to an NHS dentist your GP is allowed to prescribe. My Welsh GP was fine with it but I had to press my English GP quite hard to give it. 
Ask your GP but remember to stress that you no longer have an NHS dentist. If you have problems come back here and I can steer you in the right direction. 

OK thank you. That's interesting as my GP has previously been very clear that I need to go through my dentist.

Thank you. That's very useful. My GP has previously been really clear I had to go through my dentist but, as you say, I will inform them of the change in circumstances.

Duraphat is green and there is an indication for HNC patients who have had radiotherapy. Copy that and take it to your GP and ask your CNS to send them a letter saying you need the toothpaste. 
You might not have any problems, but just in case you do then you will be sufficiently armed.
