Rig and constipation

Hi Billbails I had a RIG fitted, it will take a few days for it to settle down, just keep up with the flushing each day. When you have the stitches out it will be, surprising how much better it feels. It's good that you have a RIG. Mine was a lifesaver, I was 100% relient on it for about 10 weeks. Your gut has gone into spasm after the assault. I didn't have a RIG but I notice a lot of people get help with Buscopan which you can get over the counter. You could ask your CNS if it's safe to take it just to be sure, that and a non opiate painkiller like paracetamol

Hi billbails I accidentally flagged your other post sorry finger caught ut. Re excercise I didn’t meant to the moderators will have to approve it it’s  a pain that we are trying to get as a 2step,process. In answer to exercise yes I was in bike trainer for first few weeks just listen to your body. I always went for a small walk no matter what. I started biking  again 8 weeks after treatment albeit smaller rides than before.
