Hi all,
just looking for some advice really. My husband finished adjuvant radiotherapy (33) sessions in August following diagnosis of cancer in the salivary gland. His MRI has shown necrosis of the jaw bone due to the radiotherapy. Has anyone else had this? And if so what treatment if any did you have?
slightly struggling with the worry of it as he has been through so much already.
thanks very much all.
