I have just received this box of goodies from the Swallows, thank you, any recommendations about what is good, and when and how to use it? I start RT Thursday 23rd November for 6 weeks. Thanks for any advice.

I’m wondering about flouride varnish after this, I’ll adk my hygienist
Once your mouth has healed a bit it’s really worth it for peace of mind. The varnish is nowhere near as irritant as high fluoride toothpaste. Or it certainly wasn’t for me. I put it down to the SLS in the paste, something that’s missing from Oranurse, which is why I could use it

That’s one you’ll have to ask. I was told to do nothing to my teeth apart from brush them with Duraphat.
