I had my operation, 11 days ago, I’m still in hospital, but being discharged today ( yayyyy)
it’s been hard going especially on the pain and eating side.
I can still only eat foods that are of soup consistency, yogurts, custard, so has anyone any ideas what I can eat at home that might give me some energy and be slightly enjoyable.

For what it’s worth, I used to make my Reddy Brek with full cream milk, a dollop of double cream, a spoonful of honey and a Fortisip. (Mocha was my favourite.) It kept my weight up and once I could taste again it tasted wonderful!
