Hi, everybody I just wanted to say hello to you all. I haven't made any comments on here for a while, athough I have been coming on and keeping up with things. To everyone who is just starting out, those having treatment and those who are in recoverery, I'd like to wish you all the very best, and let you know there is light at the end of the tunnel. To all on the forum I wish you all well and hope you are all coping during these difficult times. Although I don't have much input to the site now, I am very grateful to all who have helped me over the last couple of years, and I do hope I may have helped others in some way. I will still pop in from time to time, so don't think you have got rid of me

Hi Ray, thanks for the update and words of encouragement they will go a long way I'm sure, also the help you have given to others when you were in the thick of it.
