After my discharged from hospital in June 2019 , I am so grateful that I am here again to share my experiences with all of you . Now I undergoing a check up for every six months for 4 times which includes endoscopy, cancer marker and CT scan .
My first and second check up ended up with dilation with balloons as my doctor found out that there was a narrowing in my esophageal . Last month I went for the third check up and I am glad that I do not need any dilation anymore but I have another issue with reflux which my doctor prescribed me with medicines .
Presently I am feeling better and learning how to eat moderate quantity , types of food , time frame for each meal . I would like to the thank you all of you and Macmillan especially for the supports rendered to me prior to my major surgery which took place on 2019 .

Thank you so much for coming back to the forum and sharing your positive experience, I was not here when you were last on the forum, but I personally seek positive posts, as so often things turn out less so and as the loved one rather than the one with the diagnosis, your words are very uplifting.
