I'm glad to hear that your tumour has gone but it's natural to wonder what will happen next. When you say that your lymph nodes were affected do you mean that there was cancer found in them? 

I didn't have the same type of cancer as you, so don't know what normally happens with the lymph nodes, but by replying to you it will bump your post back to the top of the page where it'll hopefully be seen by someone who can help you further.

                                   Just read your post,sounds promising.I underwent surgery on July 24th an Oesophagectomy for stomach cancer,they also removed Lymph Nodes.Four cycles of Flot chemo pre op and Three  cycles post op.Outside scars all healed inside will take a bit longer getting stronger every day and looking forward to the final all clear next check up in April.
