I so hoped I wouldn’t need more chemo - but oncologist wanted to stick to original plan and post op chemo is mop up any cancer cells that have escaped. Please let me know what they say to you Thursday

Hi Sarah thanks for letting me know! Bit rubbish but we have come this far so only makes sense to cover all eventualities, when do you start chemo ? Tricia x

Got round 2 tomorrow - seeing oncologist this morning - I’ve got to be honest I’m still not over the first one that was 2 weeks ago so god only knows what this next one be like. Just got to stay positive and count them down but it’s so much harder than pre op for sure. Xx

Take care will be thinking of you !! Guess it’s because your body is weaker that the second lot is worse ! I three weeks today for me and although I’m a lot better I still have to sit down after the simplest of tasks !!! Annoying!! 

glad you are out and back home dd, even now people  and docs still say you are only just over 3 months since the op and it was a big one, definatley feel it next day if i have done too much, how are you finding eating, and did you have the feeding tube anyway,

no my feeding tube was misplaced a while ago ! Eating ok can eat most things but only small amount ! Think I might have eaten a little too much yesterday as today I keep belching with a slightly unpleasant taste going to get some peppermint tea !! And not eat too much today !! Still fall asleep if I sit down appointment tomorrow to find out if I’m going to have to have more chemo ! Hope your ok have you finished your treatment ? X

hi hun thanks for replying, no just had 2nd immnunotherapy yesterday, its once a month, wasnt sure if i would have chemo or not, but thats the plan, with 3 monthly scans, this eating food takes some getting used to, good luck with the appointment xx
