Thought I was beating it , gone back to work. But hey ho shit happens
Hi Sorry to hear this Marcia ..My heart sank when I read your post ..It must be so difficult to process especially when you were getting your life back on track with work etc ..None of us know what the future holds .. we can only hope for the best…and use our inner strength to pull us through the difficult situations any one of us could find ourselves in at anytime .
My husband was told it was unlikely his Cancer will come back and although it was heartwarming news to hear at the time we keep an open mind and probably will do for a very long time yet ..
Hope you’re feeling a little stronger once you have more information on what your specialists can offer you and your new treatment plan in place
Sending a virtual hug
Best wishes J
I can imagine that besides the disappointment, the unpredictability and waiting are the worst. As JPM said this is such a tough road to be on. Hopefully you'll hear soon what they can offer. A couple of times I was getting chemo onnthe same room ad a lady with primary lung cancer and she was receiving immunotherapy which seemed to be keeping the cancer under control. I hope you hear the plan soon. Take care
