Hi to everyone I am 23 months after surgery and doing good still take lansoprazole tablets and gaviscon after eating,also coughing when eating visited doctor had blood test which showed I had lack of iron and anaemia so was given tablets,had chest exray last week and have been asked to attend hospital for appointment 10 days time this is making me anxious and worried after all I've been through,but I feel good have been working in a warehouse for a year cycle to work and walking daily would like to hear from people who have been through similar thanks

I hope you do not mind me replying as I had a different type of cancer to you but I noticed that no one had responded yet so I thought I would reply to try to move you back to the top. Hopefully someone who has experienced similar will see it and offer some support.
I can understand that you feel worried, I am the same at the moment, any symptom , however mild makes me concerned. It is good to get checked out though, if only for some reassurance. It sounds like you are doing a great job at keeping fit by cycling to work and walking daily- well done.
