Hi all
Just wondering, does/did anyone experience high levels of inflammation along with their diagnosis??
Dad is on his 6/7th course of antibiotics - they stop for a few days - and he is back on them.
We think the inflammation is tumour driven - but we’ve not been told 100% yet.
Hello Moon3
I am Brian, one of the Community Champions here at Macmillan. I have just noticed your post has gone unanswered. I can't answer it myself as I have a different cancer, however by me replying it will be "bumped up" to the top of the page and I hope seen and answered by members of the oesophageal cancer group.
I can only suggest you contact Dad's team at oncology and see if they can answer your question and if there is any medication to help.
Best wishes - Brian.
