HI All,
I've just returned from Germany where I received this treatment. Happy to answer any questions. Link below
not sure yet, as we are still exploring options and have only sent a couple of emails where costs were not discussed but I would imagine it is far more expensive than the Germany treatment
Hi Matt
is it ok to ask some questions?
my friend has ovarian cancer advanced, we are thinking about DCT therapy with frank , is it worth the expense in your opinion going through it
any advice where to stay ect and how the day goes ? We have been told a consultation in the afternoon back in the morning to take bloods , then back in a week to recieve blood back ?
thanks
Angela
Hi Angela,
The clinic has recently moved to the outskirts of Cologne/Koln. When I went they were in Ulm so I can't advise on places to stay. The first timeI went I spent too much, so quickly downgraded the hotel. Don't worry abou the language either, English is very widely spoken, even the taxi drivers have enough to get about.
Yes I did 2 over night trips a week apart. As to effectiveness, no-one knows. Beware anyone who makes rash promises. I am still here though. now >6months past the average prognosis.
I chose them because my surgeon didn't keep tumour amples for a Lysate based vaccine like DCL vax so I was limited to a peptide vaccine.

Morning Zoe ? I have had a long chat with Matt who was great ! I am going to Germany with my friend very soon to the same Dr matt used for the DCT ,who has advanced ovarian cancer , I may be able to tell you more after ?
I have done a lot of research on it though , my friend also had the TACE treatment just before Christmas in Germany.
what cancer does your son have ?
Hi, that would be great, thank you. Good luck for the trip.
My son has a brain tumour. He's currently on immunotherapy nivolumab but I'm looking into other treatments for when it stops working.
Thanks for your reply.
