My sister was diagnosed September 2020 with GBM and has had 90 - 90% removed then the standard 6 weeks of radiation and TMZ followed by 2 cycles of TMZ but the tumour has grown and chemo isnt working. She has started on avastin. Would love to hear any experiences with this treatment? We are in Australia so this is on free with our public health system. Do we realistically expect this to hold the tumour when all treatment up to this point hasn't? Also love to know what side effects people have found and what to look out for.
