Diagnosed Ocular Melanoma July 2021 - Right eye. Breaky Therapy September 2021.
February 2022 Started Avastin Injections over three months. Just had 2nd - Putting eye drops In.
Due to Cancer leaking.
Just wondered any vitamins. I could be taking to help ?
Hi Robocop and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is an informative and supportive place to be.
I was diagnosed with the skin version of melanoma so have to keep out of the sun as much as possible. Because of this I take Vitamin D as my body might not produce enough itself.
I have done a search in this group to see if anyone mentions takings vitamins but drew a blank I'm afraid. Macmillan don't recommend taking any particular vitamins to fight cancer but advocate a healthy, balanced diet. You can read more about what they recommend here.
