Metasasis picked up on surveilance MRIs …found in Liver,biopsy confirmed …St Barts thought cancer was also in rib but on transfer to Marsden ,the proff there said it had not and still 1 tumour @18 mm in Liver … repeat PEt/CT in April …if the same then surgery to be considerer and save immunotherapy for later ..Barts issued thDS 1500 in Dec22 but said prognosis was more 12 months than 6 !! Marsden said they could gain me time but am wondering if now its only in my Liver could I live slightly longer …I know its all statistics but as time cracks on its getting nearer d day !! I have no symptons at all !

    That's great that you have no symptoms but it's natural to still wonder what this, and the fact that you've been told the mets are only in your liver, mean to your overall life expectancy. Do you have a CNS (cancer nurse specialist), sometimes referred to as a keyworker or Macmillan nurse, assigned to you? If you do, they are usually very good at being able to explain the ins and outs of everything.
