I have had CLL for seven years and I am now receiving chemotherapy treatment R-CVP and after my third treatment I had a reaction to Rituximab which has left me feeling weak and nauseous. Which is strange because the first two treatments went absolutely fine. Has anyone else had the same problem with this treatment?
Hi EddieK, although I had treatment for a different type of blood cancer (NHL) I was on Rituximab as part of my R-EPOCH for 6 cycles at 120hrs per cycle and fortunately had no issues with the R.
Let’s see if someone comes along and can give you some first hand experience.
CLL and SLL are different forms of the same disease and are often classified as types of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and are treated in the same way.
