So after being diagnosed with CML start of August and used to being quite active 56 year old have found it hard not doing things I was before. Have gone out for some short walks but this week I decided to go on my turbo trainer as being a keen cyclist just for a gentle steady spin. Was wondering if many other people do much exercise?

  • Hi again  …… each blood cancer (even with different types of blood cancer) journey can be ever so different.

It took 14 years before I needed full on treatment for my 2 rare types of T-Cell Lymphomas…… but I worked at a very demanding teaching job for 12 years….. and lived as normal a life as I could.

The simple rule of thumb is you do as much as you are physically are able to do… if you are overdoing things….. your body will tell you.
