Omg this is a bit rough
I have been given instagel to ease it but can't bring myself to even touch down below to use it as I feel a bit fragile. Does this go once treatment is finished? Also I'm worried how the brachy(beginning 24/03) will worsen the effects of this cystitis.

Oh Angela, I'm so sorry you're having to lose your car. As Sarah says, your positivity is fantastic and a £30 tax a year workhorse that does loads to the gallon is probably what is needed now, especially with the fuel prices!! Even I'm excited for you finishing treatment and it's so so close now! I certainly hope you do stick around here xxx
Hi Ladies, Well I'm not going anywhere.. This place has been a haven for me and still is. I know there is still much waiting and anxiety to go through. I don't think there will ever be an end to that and if I can help somebody else as much as I've been helped then all the better for it. Thanks again to you all xxx
Hi Julie
I’m very glad to read this! Like Angela, you’ll be such a help to the new ladies who join. I wish I could say that when treatment ends everything goes back to normal, but typically it’s not quite like that. Things are forever different after a cancer diagnosis and treatment, and while hopefully the physical recovery is good the psychological/mental stuff was something I found difficult. I know I definitely will not be alone in that. So it’s good to talk!

Hi Angela, you have a busy week ahead and you will finish chemo and radiotherapy!! How cool is that. Just wanted you to know that I will be thinking of you and wishing you good luck for this week. And you can finally put the brachy demons to rest as well. It is weird when you finish radiotherapy and you don't have to go in every day but in a good way. All the best for this week and well done xxx
I echo this Julie. Go for it Angela- nearly done now! xxx
Oh Angela-well done!! What a great photo! So proud of you for getting through everything and having such a brilliant attitude. A fantastic example to the ladies coming behind you. Recovery starts now…you take care of yourself and keep us posted on how you’re doing.
