Just a wee bit of info on my diagnosis.
I was Blue lighted into A and E last November. I had severe left sided pain. After many scans xrays covid test etc. They discovered I had broken a rib. Then found tumours in my lung and a previous fracture on my other rib.
Shocked? Very. Finished treatment in 2015 for breast cancer. Then tamoxifen which hasn't done its job.
I had a lunch biopsy which was done by keyhole but they ended up cutting me to get deeper they found another tumour.
Started Zoladex etc had a Ct scan. Spoke with oncologist on Friday. Still waiting on one biopsy result to see if its HER2. Which he thinks it isn't. Plus one of my wounds opened up. So anti cancer drug delayed for another 6 weeks when I will speak with oncologist again.
Feeling scared frustrated. Still questions to ask.
