Hello everyone.
I am planning a holiday abroad for the first time in 25 years. Not too sure where to start and have heard some terrible horror stories about insurance and the cost.
The cost is worrying me as I really want to go but kind of expecting a heavy price for cover which is lightly to be more than the cost of my break.
Any advice would be appreciated or directions for companies etc.
Thanks in advance
Hi I have just got an annual Europe policy with stay sure. I have metastatic breast cancer since Feb 2024 also I have had a blood clot and have ONJ of the jaw. The total was £1087 and I know it is a lot but they quoted £650 just for 10 night. Last year after I was diagnosed I couldn’t get insured at all.
Hi I’ve just been on a cruise to Faroes, Shetland and Norway and got insurance through insurewith; it cost £85 which I thought was reasonable since I’m only 4 months post chemo and have now got stage 4 breast cancer in my vertebrae
hope you find something reasonable and enjoy a holiday
