Hello,
I have search on here but not found a suitable answer to help me.
Cutting a long story short, I have great concerns over the care and quality & accuracy of information my oncologist is giving me. My concerns started a good while ago but there was nothing major. Not now though. I can not excuse my concerns away. I am waiting for PETs to get back in touch but meanwhile, how do I find a good breast cancer oncologist? Hopefully, an innovative one but one who at least check scans, understands radiologist reports, contacts you when a scan shows cancer progression and knows about the combinations of drugs and is able to discuss them with you.
I am in the NE of England.
Thank you for any advice.
Hi DiAne550 welcome to the forum. I am so sorry to hear how concerned that you are.
I have two things from your post that I wanted to suggest and I take it something has happened that has confirmed your concerns?
Do come back and let us know how you get on. xx
Thank you for your advice. I have been waiting for PETs to get back in touch. I didn’t know who else to turn to. I will give Macmillan a call as you suggest Gail.
