Has anyone else had mastitis from taking Letrozole? I also take Ribociclib but don't think that is the culprit.
I have a lump the size of a pea with a white head on my non cancer side nipple. Oncologist ( phone consultation) sent me to GP who prescribed 2 weeks of penicillin. I've finished that but lump is still there although less painful.
Breast care nurse told me to go back to GP. She is the most unempathic nurse I've come across and I have zero confidence in what she tells me.
Any tips would be welcome please.

I am one of the community champions. I have secondary breast cancer but no experience of letrozole or ribociclib as they don’t work on tnbc. I would push to get any problems with your breasts properly looked at. If that means going back to the GP I would do so. I am sorry you have a BCN who is somewhat lacking.
