I'm on the first 2 and waiting to start denosumab after dentist. Have been on letrozole for a month and palbo for 2 weeks. I noticed stiffness and pain in my knees and hip. Taking paracetamol, and neurofen which worked pretty well. Pain got a bit worse so now have diazepam which does relax it . Also a cheeky sleeping pill so I get some good rest.
A hot bath can be lovely. A friend said try deep heat on the area haven't tried that yet. The last 3 days have been much better. I don't think that's anything I'm doing but they say the side effects can settle down over time.
