Is anyone only receiving palliative care and if so what is your experience of it ? ️
Hi Shaw
welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you have Secondary Breast cancer. While I don’t have an answer for you I noticed that you haven’t had any answers yet so I thought I’d reply to you to welcome you to the community. Hopefully someone will be along shortly with an answer for you.
Best wishes

Hi Shaw
Once you have secondary breast cancer, the treatment is classed as palliative. It’s an uncomfortable word to be used but it’s just because the cancer is not curable although can be controlled.
After my diagnosis, I joined a secondary breast cancer group through Breast Cancer Now and it is invaluable.
Hope that helps.
