This is not my diagnosis, but my 83 yo mother - just wondering if there’s anyone in similar situations/treatment.
She was diagnosed in January with secondary bc, (bones, lungs, adrenal glands, pleura)and is now on letrozole, denosumab and as of today palbociclib. She has struggled with a rash so consultant has taken her off the calcium tablets that go with the denosumab.
there are such a range of side effects with all these therapies that it’s difficult to know what is causing any.
im just struggling with all the info and trying to keep on top of everything
thanks.
Hi Barney D, maybe you could call the Macmillan helpline, they are very knowledgeable and would be able to help and advise.
All the best
