Hello, I had a mastectomy with implant reconstruction about 8 weeks ago and have contracted an infection. As IV antibiotics haven't had enough effect, it is most likely I will have the implant removed tomorrow or weds. I am not keen to have another implant. I am wondering if anyone has experience similar to mine, or has advice on opting flat or fat tissue implant? Thank you.
