It's Saturday so don't know who to ask for advice.
I simply have no idea if I have taken my Letrozole tablet today or not.
I have tried counting back to when I started them in December but I'm still not certain.
I guess that I have to let things stay as they are for today and find a system that will make it easier for me to be certain.
I'm in a bit of a flap xx
Thank you all for your replies.
I have gone out and bought a pill box from Boots.
I spoke with a pharmacist while I was there and it seems that there could be more of an issue when taking too much rather than missing a dose. As I can't remember if I've taken the Letrozole today , we decided that the safest thing was for me to start again tomorrow.
The funny thing is, I have been selected to take part in the SWEET research study - supporting women taking hormone therapy - that's offering online information, support and strategies on how to remember to take the aromatase inhibitors seems I need the reminders !
xx
