I had a lumpectomy in my right breast in Feb and had chemotherapy and radiotherapy finished treatment 8th Sept, now on Letrozole, but now I have noticed that my nipple gets crusty and my skin on opposite side of same breast looks like the peel of an orange, is it something to worry about?
