I am on letrozole and suffer back pain, I can manage in the day, but at night in bed I really suffer and when I wake up I am really stiff. I now exercise and this helps a lot.
ral thank you so much for replying. I am making myself ill worrying about it as I'm so terrified of reoccurrence. At least I know that it could be the letrozole. Thank you again x
If you are worried I would contact your gp just to put your mind at rest . I did not have any back pain until I took letrozole and from what I have read on here it is quite common. I have not long had my 3rd yearly mammogram after surgery and was all clear , but as I said I would contact you gp just to have peace of mind.
