I don't know, but by answering I'm popping your post back to page one. I've done a little research and it says:
Malignant neoplasms of ill-defined, secondary and unspecified sites for C76-C80. Looking at the above you have a - against the C80 so they usually put that when it's negative (e.g.. HER2-), I don't know what the C00-C76 is: maybe something to do with the DCIS?
Hopefully someone with more knowlege will come onto this post. If not, I'd recommend asking your BC nurse what it means as you can contact them for a while after you've finished treatment.
