Has anyone had a relapse after treatment with Abemaciclib/Verzenio?

No but I had it for two years with very little problems

Great to hear you had no problems. I think this is such a game changer of a drug it’s worth trialling and they can reduce the dose depending on tolerance. 

Hi, I’m just over a year into the 2 year course, I’m still on 150mgs but cumulative effect is making fatigue worse. I’m going to ask for a reduced dose when I am reviewed in 2 weeks. You can try Abemaciclib and reduce dose or stop if you find it too much. I am 63, diagnosed just before my 62nd birthday. Wishing you well with your decision.
