Moisturiser for mastectomy scar

I used E45 on my lumpectomy scar.

I’ve been using bio-oil

I used Epaderm all through radiotherapy and had no skin damage and have continued using it on my scar

I used bio oil, which was amazing, then have swapped to Dermol 500 whilst I’m having radiotherapy ( which was from a recommendation on here). I hope this helps x

I was advised by my Doctor ypto you Baby Aveeno, as it is very mild and better for delicate skin,

A friend who has also had a mastectomy recommended E45. Although I was given a bottle of zerobase at the start of my radiotherapy so I’ve been using that as well. I was also told it wasn’t so much about the type of cream it was that you were massaging the scar. This helps it heal.
